OOTD: Ullzang Gyaru

In my past post, I told you already that I am into Ulzzang look. Ulzzang is a Korean fashion and makeup trend that is characterized by: milky white skin, youthful, big eyes — emphasized with circle contact lenses, small v-shaped face with a high nose bridge, & small pouty lips.

So, I decided to do a korean ulzzang inspired  make up and style for a party.  I know that my style would be different from theirs. But being different from everybody makes me unique! Haha

Disney. A smart, sexy, crazy and funny girl. She loves to blog, take pictures and draw stuff, watch Koreanovelas, stalk Sandara Park, listen to KPOP, shop for nice dresses, shoes and bags and pamper herself. Nice house, well-to-do family and a stable job as a grade school teacher. Well, she is almost perfect! Just one thing missing, a boyfriend. HAHAHAHAHAHA! Requirements? Chinky eyes, right, Dara? LOL. But boys, you’re gonna have a hard time with her cause she is normally aloof to guys. BUT! She would chase you all over the place if she’s got the hots for you. I don’t think she’s still like that. Maybe not anymore. Cause last time I checked? Her crush was one of the hottest Korean superstar, Queen Seon Duek’s lover [ not sure if I got the spelling, right ]. I dunno who he was but yeah, he is a cute guy. She loves to read romance novels just like me. Whenever I have new pocketbooks, she would be the first one to read it after me. And yes, she is a KPOP wanna be. One of our common denominators. xD She is naturally very creative and stylish given the fact that she is an artist.

This is from my childhood friend’s blog post about her friends. And since i am one of her closest i was included to her dedication. Without her permission (haha) i reblog the part about me. Most of her description about me are true. Others are hard for me to believe. Hahaha ^^, Sometimes, we need other people to know ourselves better. It’s like a technique from JOHARI WINDOW. Room 1 is the part of ourselves that we see and others see. Room 2 is the aspects that others see but we are not aware of. Room 3 is the most mysterious room in that the unconscious or subconscious part of us is seen by neither ourselves nor others. Room 4 is our private space, which we know but keep from others.

Ullzang Gyaru

Few months ago I bought my new hair curler. Yeppie! I’d been looking for it for soooo long. Well, there’s a lot of hair curler in the market but it’s either too expensive (i wanna cry) or too cheap (it might damage my hair in one sec). Mine is stylish and does not cost much. kekeke

So I woke up one morning and tried to use my newly bought hair curler. Heck, it was also my first time to curl my hair! (well, i did back in college using hand-hair techniques & some pepperment. ~eeeew)

Also I got my first circle lenses and false eyelashes and I was really happy! Now I tried something new. I’ve been trying out some make-up styles lately. You know GYARU STYLE. ^^,

I want to be, but I just can’t seem to find the time or effort to do proper gyaru hair, makeup, etc. But here are some latest efforts anyway and this is the best I’ve done so far.
