Sandy Toes & Salty Kisses


DSC00467eddOur summer trip to Siargao continues. We spent our night at the nearby backpacker friendly lodging at General Luna, the epicenter of tourism on the island.

Most travelers end up staying in General Luna because the lively beach town has a decent variety of resorts and restaurants, and is still not overrun by mass tourism. What I like about the place is the clean-white-sandy road, the free from unwanted garbage coastline; and of course the relaxed and laid-back atmosphere.

As many of you may have noticed, I have had a long hiatus from blogging. It is not because I don’t want to blog but I  just have not had much time over the recent months. A lot of factors on my personal life has come between me and the blog or let me say on my social accounts. I have plenty of exciting posts to share. Yeah, plenty!! I’m just waiting for the time to be able to write them. Day Two, Day Tour

I could hear rain drops in our bedroom ceiling. Oh my, it’s raining early in the morning and there was no sign of stopping! Supposedly, second day of our stay in Camiguin would be the highlight! Beachin’, exploring the natural wonders of the island, taking photos.. a lot of photos actually under the bright shiny day along the seashore! After a power outage last night, a u-turn near the cemetery, and creepy presence of two rocking chairs on our stay in the old bungalow house.. were combined elements of thriller. And now, it’s raining hard! Mukhang mapupurnada pa ata our plans. You know beach is the most enjoyable during the hot weather, and the weather was our biggest concern of the day. But there’s no stopping us.
